SAFC NASA held their second Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Columbus, Ohio, the weekend of April 24-26, 2015
Friday Night Social in Downtown Columbus was followed by Saturday morning trip [in the AdvoCAR] to World of Beer, Easton, where they watched Sunderland AFC take on Stoke City FC. Match was followed by the [record attended] AGM w/special guest Stan Cummins Post AGM, group traveled to the Mapfre Stadium to see Columbus Crew SC play Philadelphia Union (Crew coming out 4-1 winners). SAFC NASA lads were guests at the Crew Supporters Union tailgate (CSU). They toured the Stadium before their pre-game 'on-field' experience! Post-match social with the CSU followed. Impromptu meeting of Sunderland fans in Downtown Columbus on the Sunday rounded off another wonderful weekend! Highlights include..... 9-Volt batteries, Cider, Mag Slayer, You don't smell anything like cheese!, Bonfires, AdvoCAR, Can I take your photo?, 5-in-a-row, 10 minutes, One Colonel Saunders, Ah-know-Ah-know-Ah-know, Tears for Fears, Smokey and the Bandit, "Stan, have you met Alan Shearer and what kind of hat does he wear?", "Yeah, I work in IT!" .....
